Commissions, Bonuses and RebatesOverviewOnce you begin to personally sponsor other Distributors, the Fast Start Bonus is your quick cash flow system. This bonus is paid every week so you can get money into your pocket quickly. (In some new countries the Fast Start Bonus is temporarily paid monthly or biweekly during the time that computer programs and accounting systems are being finished.) The Fast Start Bonus program pays you on five generations of Distributors in your marketing organisation. It is important to remember that this is five generations of your "personal" sponsorship genealogy - not five "placement" levels. In other words, a person who has been "placed" in the under you by your sponsor will not be counted as a generation for Fast Start Bonus purposes. The Fast Start Bonus is paid according to personal sponsorship genealogy. An explanation of Sponsoring is available elsewhere on this site. Fast Start CommissionsThe chart to the left below represents how Fast Start Bonus commissions are paid from your perspective at the top of the organisation. ie. How much you receive on each descending generation in your organisation.
The chart to the right above represents the flow of commissions based on the purchase of one case of product. In the example, X purchases one case of product. He is on your first generation. This means that you receive the 20% commission on his purchase. Since X is on D's second generation, D receives 5%. (D will receive 20% on your purchase of a case because you are on D's first generation.) In other words, wherever a purchase takes place in the organisation, the commissions are paid upline according to how many generations below you the purchase took place. In this example, A gets 10% on X's purchase because X is on A's fifth generation. B and C would each get 5% as X is on their fourth and third generations respectively. Further illustrations will continue to apply to purchases made by X. (Just keep in mind that whatever is true for X, the same will apply to any purchase anywhere in the network.) If you are already confused, don't worry about how the figures work. Just learn this:
Before Paying Out Fast Start BonusBefore the computer pays out the Fast Start Commissions, it asks two questions:
Personal Rebate EffectNow let's look at how the personal rebate affects Fast Start Commissions. If the purchaser buys more than one case of product during the same calendar month, then the purchaser becomes eligible for a 20% personal rebate on all cases in excess of his first case. This is a way to reward Distributors who retail more product. Let's suppose that X buys a second case of product during the month. The 20% is paid to X as his personal rebate. The other commission percentages are shifted accordingly. Compare the following two situations:
